As we commemorate the National Down Syndrome Concsiousness Month this February, let us learn from our guest organizations – NORFIL and Li’l Brave Hearts, the work they are doing for children/persons with down syndrome. These good programs, well-rooted in the communities, not only provide services to persons with disabilities but empower parents and communities as well.
