March is Women’s Month. We attended the March 1 launch of KILOS LILA at the Commission on Human Rights. Kilos LIla is a campaign movement for women’s empowerment, and leadership for governance. We will share some interviews from the event and ask Girlie Villariba to share her perspectives about the women’s movement in the Philippines.
